WAITING LONGER FOR BREAKFAST

Some are proposing that eating for only 8 consecutive hours per day (fasting for 16 hours – essentially delaying or skipping breakfast) may have positive health benefits including weight loss, lower blood sugar, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels, and potentially anti-aging effects. This goes against the standard mantra of always eating breakfast, “the healthiest and most important meal of the day.” It has been labelled intermittent fasting (many different types of intermittent fasting plans are being proposed). An interesting and possibly game-changing concept.

I’m starting some experiments with this on myself – will keep you updated!
