I recently read a good article by Mark Tedford, a business owner who advances God’s Kingdom daily in his business. The article is entitled “Building a Kingdom Business” and can be found at the following link (clink on the link and turn to page 14 and enlarge to read):
The article is designed for all business people to advance the kingdom, not just healthcare workers or business owners. A few excerpts that stood out to me:
“As Lord, Christ both defines and directs our work.”
“We must see our businesses as a ministry and the vehicle by which we fulfill our kingdom purpose.”
“(Our) kingdom purpose…means (that) we should desire to create the highest-quality products that benefit society…making shoddy goods in order to maximize profit…is a violation of the christian framework of work…”
“He has called us to truly integrate our faith and work to His glory.”
